You really do let yourself down tcf, with some of your supposedly 'factual' statements.......

"Kerry Stokes is not adverse to taking a profit. He sold his stake in IOH to BCI for a significant profit."

WRONG.....!!!! He accepted the offer of BCI shares for his stake in IOH........

"The Notice is in relation to a substantial holding that Seven Group Holdings Ltd and its subsidiaries cease to have in the Company (IOH) as a result of Wroxby P/L accepting the takeover offer for the Company made by BC Iron Ltd."

So, like all IOH holders at the time of the BCI takeover, including my good self, Kerry Stokes accepted shares in BCI, along with a small cash component of $0.10c per share. (BCI Iron has declared the Offer final at 0.44 BC Iron shares and $0.10 in cash for each IOH share)

As far as I'm aware, I don't believe Kerry Stokes has sold a single share in IOH/BCI, ever...... And given his current significant holding in BCI, if he ever did, he has more than made up with it in purchases.....
