The big end of town don't seem too worried about approvals, so why should we be? It's only retail who are pulling their hair out over it, I can't really see the EPA bringing down the wrath of 7 news on themselves and causing too many problems for a project backed by Kerry Stokes as well as a lot of public money. WA just doesn't work like that.
