Don't think any co wants to pay anything extra especially for "non-mining activities". But it is good to see BCI make a virtue out of it.
The expense was a legislative requirement - do that or forget mining. Good on BCI.
As for how many mtpa - we will just have to wait and see. Regardless, good money to be made.
