Since you admitted your statement was about Kerry Stokes and the BCI takeover of IOH, then I experienced that myself, so can speak with great authority.

I accepted an offer to transfer my IOH shares to fewer BCI shares and received 10c cash per share. I did not ‘take profits’ and did not ‘sell my stake for a significant profit’.

My actions did not generate a CGT event, so the tax office does not recognise me as having taken a profit.

Therefore, your statement is wrong and simply provocative BS….

And finally, for good measure, your .38c comment is also wrong and way off the mark……
