Agree about the years of cash flow ahead. IF it remained in private ownership hands, it would be the gift that would keep on giving to your sons, son ; almost like the Magic Pudding. (for you younguns you would have to look that up). My concern is that longer term it ends up in a superfund, possibly foreign or a private equity fund or similar, where the small SH like us, get “shunted” of the register and big business gets to reap the years of cash flow and profits.
