    Quite a few ex-RIO people involved at BCI, they have dealt with RIO on a number of projects, several of the iron ore tenements sold off over the last 5 yrs or so have been purchased by RIO. So the lines of communication and track record for dealing between BCI & RIO is fairly strong.

    As for interest in the whole box & dice… it probably makes sense given RIO have an existing salt production foot print, and a tier 1 project like Mardie would certainly fit right into their portfolio.

    Not sure about Iron Valley though. The only natural owner/buyer for that would be MIN, can’t see too much interest from RIO in picking that project up so MIN can continue to farm into it. But this is possibly something that could be cleaved off and held in a spin-off Co or dealt separately perhaps.
