As I see it the real hold-up is getting environmental acceptance of the testing at the intake----unless I have my wires crossed.
Once that's done we can start pumping.
The rest can be completed in a reasonable timeframe.
Everyone I know has had a dose of Covid and most places are running lean manned.
That is our real problem with timely happenings.
Fortunately I can see a way ahead of accelerating salt to sale.
That may not be the perfect start but it was planned to be that way anyway SOP to follow much later.
