The text from the YouTube version of the video states -
"After many months of hard work the BCI team are delighted to share news that the Primary Seawater intake construction is now complete. An initial pump test has been conducted and commissioning is scheduled to commence in the new year."
So something to celebrate but of itself, not material. Once they get approvals to pump, well that really will be a sight to 'sea' (see what i did there....)
