My money is on it being seawater, not rain- you can see the tide marks elsewhere on site....this hypothesis still leaves mystery how it got in that pond, for which I tender the possibiltiy there are pipes for pumping from one pond to the enxt that were open and not finished and therefore allowed access during a high tide..
YEs National map kacked itself and does not have the near real time data anymore.
