As for Ponds 1 & 2, again believe they are definitely 'still to come', following acceptance of the 'Offset Plans and Compliance Strategies' from the respective Govt agencies required under MS1175.

Thinking about the seawater flow chart through the ponds, Pond 1 will always be the biggest, with each subsequent Pond being smaller as the evaporation process develops.

Looking at Pond 1 currently, it appears nowhere near big enough to maximise the seawater flow chart, so annual production volumes would surely be compromised.......

Just another thing they are waiting on/dealing with......

But yes, agree, would certainly like to have an update on progress in this regard.
