I spoke to the EPA Assessor looking after Mardie Enhanced back in November ( nothing untoward just picked up the phone) She advised that EPA was waiting on response to comments from BCI. I would assume that has happened given the timeframe so reasonable to expect an Assessment decision early 2023; then recommendation off to Minister. Just my thoughts DYOR
