Hi @ArielStarr89 -would love to get some broker data on BCI and your thoughts on recent buying/selling activity please – not as exciting as FFS, but it has been a good 6 months for us long term holders.

This stock is very tightly held by Kerry Stokes (Via Wroxby), Australian Super and some small LIC’S (RYD/SNC) – these guys own approx. 65% before exercising convertible notes. Indonesian company (MIND ID) has expressed an interest intaking a 10% stake @ up to $100m in July on the back of non binding MOU for offtake. Given what I believe to be the possible reduced requirement for equity funding, I am holding out hope the MIND purchasing could be starting on market (maybe me just being hopeful)

would love to understand who may be doing the buying/selling to add to the confidence I have in the trade from a fundamental perspective.

From a trading standpoint historically (last 2-12 months) I feel the selling has been insto in nature given large size/round numbers and a bit of game playing on close although no short positions disclosed. My read of the Convertible notes is there is an incentive for the big guys to keep price low to reduce conversion price with equity issuance and therefore get more shares/higher % ownership.

Do you have any input?
