Personally I do not think NJV will restart as forex and I/O price keeps it too close to production costs, however I live in hope that BCI will do something, the option of being a top heavy shelf company is not a good one either. Trying to work out the burn rate time to hit zero, Can't be too far of this now.
Unless sombody knows differently?
