Hhhmmm..... Let's wait for an overall project update from the upcoming AGM and not get carried away with expectations of filling Pond/s by Xmas - at least not just yet anyway.

Whilst the construction progress is front of mind for everyone, it's the Enviro compliances of MS1175 that are the ultimate 'Green Light' for pumping of seawater into Pond 0/1.

Whilst we can all see the progress of construction, the company has not provided a recent update on the Enviro compliances and their respective status.

For instance, here's two questions for the AGM?
1. Has the WA EPA CEO signed off on the GMMP plan? This is the 'Green Light' for pumping to commence - "The proponent shall not commence transfer of seawater, brine or wasteproduct into any evaporation or crystalliser ponds associated with theproposal until the CEO confirmed by notice in writing that theGroundwater Monitoring and Management Plan meets the requirements....."

and also,

2. Where are BCI currently with regard to the RRDMMA requirements, which are blocking construction of the southern portions of Ponds 1 & 2?

Let's focus on the AGM first.....and the all important 'Items of Business', which includes the vote on the Series 3 CN's.
