"So nothing changes really..." and if that is in fact the case, then BCI definitely won't be pumping seawater anytime soon. They may be able to continue with construction activities, but no pumping.
BCI have had two versions of the OMP GMMP (March and August this year) so lets hope they 'get it right' sooner rather than later.
As for your defence of public servants, I don't believe I was critical of them at all.........
