looking at what's happened to the other midtier IO producers - my view is that the SP was getting to this level based on broader sell off anyway. At least mgt managed to get the deal in place on terms that IOH holders liked. Net outcome lower price but got more IO and cash in the bank for the cost of some more shares and 10c for each IOH share. GLTA
