Lexie, in your BCIA summary it was said the GHD rep called Exergen the benchmark project.
The guys from the above link may be potential Exergen partners?
Also, as seen below GHD have extensive knowledge of LV and BM, which is handy seeing as though they have been advisors to Mantle.

Latrobe Valley Geological Modelling
Department of Primary Industries
Our team has a track record delivering large, complex modelling projects. They have been active in geological drilling, data management, geological interpretation and modelling of the Latrobe Valley from the 1980s up to the current day. GHD also set-up and manage the Latrobe Valley Bore data base.
GHD's Victorian brown coal modelling experience includes the development of the digital geological model of the Latrobe Valley coal resource for DPI in 2003 and extensions to cover Stradbroke, Gelliondale and Yarragon in 2008 and 2011. This model was ground-breaking in its breadth and detail and presents a century of resource evaluation in a consistent and useable format. This regional experience is complemented by detailed modelling of the Loy Yang, Driffield, Flynn, Hazelwood, Yallourn North Extension, Gelliondale, Yarragon resources within Gippsland as well as the Maddingley resource in the state's west.
cheers
