You mean 0.4c or 4c??? My guess is if fully subscribed than sp might move to 0.5c because people will buy on market once get their oversubscribed money return back to them. Once get DOM to approve, should be possibly for 1c IMHO because 1c is only $4.7m mc (470m shares).... Then I'm happy with 1c as I probably break even excluding options. Then wait for drill results to move up from 1c.
