BCL Chairman’s Statement at the AGM - May 24, 2018 released to the market just a few short weeks ago.
The same AGM that the Chairman - Mel Togolo refuses to allow the ABG to vote.
Why was this? Doesn’t the Chairman owe the market a full explanation?
Says it was a roadblock that prevented the signing the June MOA, when in fact there was a Court Injunction by the National Court prohibiting the signing.
Why was not mentioned? Isn’t this absolutely fundamental?
Why do BCL attempt to refer to nine Landowner Associations when there is only one relevant one for EL 1 - SMLOLA? Is it because they obviously do not have their support?
Was not the social disharmony of BCL’s own making claiming unanimous Landowner Support - when we now know 90% , with numbers growing, of Landowners Support RTG and have said specifically not BCL.
How can BCL say there is a Leadership dispute when, 90% of SMLOLA titleholders Support Chairman Philipp Miriori and the current SMLOLA Leadership team.
