They clearly believe the strong level of landowner support for BCL, as expressed by authorised representatives (Customary Heads) in their submissions, not just lucky Phil and his peanut gallery yelling out at the hearing, were not properly considered. It seems the vocal minority and disruption on the ground has resulted in the ABG putting it in the too hard basket and perhaps BCL thinks it was denied the entitlement to proper process as a result.
