No you are not the only one who thinks that BCL is a good thing. I am holder of BCL.
Regardless of whether they pay a dividend or not, when you have a well run business involved in the gambling industry, sitting on a PE of around 6, you don't have to be a genius to work out that there is some good upside in the share price.
