A large amount of assets up for grabs, including a refurbished smelter ready to fire up.
Perhaps, reading through the back channels, this has more to do with upcoming South Africa and Botswana elections, than mining deals???
IE Khama's replacement for instance, as I believe that he is stepping down.
A lot of bad decisions, and a fair bit of corruption. Nice melting pot.
What result will materialise? Absolutely no idea at this point!!
