It sounds like the liquidators are as useless as BCL management. So what have they been doing for the past twelve months if they still can't get a balance sheet together?
It sounds like there is too much effort on what past management did wrong and not enough on how to remedy the situation. Which doesn't help the local workers, or shareholders of any related parties.
