Note that the ABG owns 36.4% of BCL - nothing new but numerous people commenting on this forum seem not to realise this. On top of this (nothing new again) the National Government has committed to handing its 19% over to Bougainville (in a manner yet to be determined but including landowners).
Also note that the proposed Bougainville Advanced Mining arrangement excludes Panguna, for which an exploration licence already exists.
