The key point you hit on is Volume, as this stock has serious liquidity issues and at least there are more shares on the Buy/Sell market now. But while getting a bit easier to read and Buy/Sell split coming more into balance, size & liquidity still make technical analysis dangerous. I think it will eventually happen, and could quickly, but needs Options exercised and organic expansion &/or takeover targets to come up requiring a CR, which in turn will bring the Size & Liquidity needed IMHO
