Philippines MICC are meant to submit their review to the DENR in early March. Arbitration must be more than half way through, and could be heavily influenced to cease early should the ban on open pit mining be lifted

As for Panguna, as usual RTG will remain silent until either forced to respond to either ASX or BCL's comments IMO, or until something concrete. It does sound like they are in talks with the ABG behind the scenes, but Chinese whispers alone doesn't move the SP
