different valuation for gold in ground when you own a mill compared to when you dont... without a mill (either own or toll) its worth nothing to you.. with a mill it would be worth its NPV based on when and how long it would take to mine and development costs and margin.
MXR dont have the capacity to attract the capital to build a mine without heavily diluting current shareholders.. i guess a lot will depend a lot on whether BCN and CP are going to give public support to the deal as it stands
where would MXR shareprice be trying to raise 100m ... id expect it would be halving not doubling and maybe then some
