The good news surrounding Beacon Mining keeps flowing.
I have updated my Beacon valuation compared to the original PFS issued on 29th Aug'18
I have updated for the following:
Gold price US$1500 (prev US$1200)
Exchange rate US$0.69 (prev US$0.73)
Gold recovery 90% (prev 85%)
Based on all options converting at 2.5 cents BCN shares, including franking credits, are worth 5.4 cents
Based on no options convering BCN shares, including franking credits, are worth 6.0 cents
So BCN shares are undervalued by at least 15% and up to 28%
However should further gold bearing deposits similar or better than Lost Dog be discovered the share price will explode.
So the question for me is what is the likelihood that Beacon can find more gold?
I would love to hear your opinions.
