Exactly. Seems to me they make 0.018c per exercised option AFTER paying the Dividend.
Or to put another way $18 per 1000 options exercised.
It is a very clever idea to offer the large div + special div of 0.007 to entice option holders to convert to heads.
Potentially multiply the total options by 0.018c to see how much BCN could improve its cash position.
Of course not all options will be converted.
The total converted option numbers should be available soon after the closing date then do the calculation.
