    Has anyone found an understanding derro yet? When is the Second Installment Record Date, and how long can the company stall a register change for an off market transfer. This information is critical for anyone wanting to chance this escape route. Fortunately I didn't get caught with this filth.My sympathies for anyone who owns BCS.
