Hi Stumper, I like your thinking but I am not keen on the idea of staying and being stuck with handing over another $30 grand in the next installment for something worth a fraction of a cent.
PS Good bloke that he is said he wouldn't charge me brokerage, quite the guy. So $30 bucks clear.
