Just divide you old number of shares by 30 to get the number of shares you own today. I.e. if you owned 30,000 shares before when you sell those shares the relevant number of shares now for that trade is 1,000.
If you bought 300,000 shares at $0.03 pre consolidation it would of cost $9,000. Post Consolidation you would now own 10,000 shares.
If you sold your 10,000 shares today for $1.50 your proceeds would be $15,000 giving you a capital gain of $6,000. If you had owned those original 300,000/10,000 shares for more than a year you would apply a 50% discount to the $6,000 capital gain in your tax return.
Hope that helps.
