Bard1 Life Sciences Limited – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Bard1 Life Sciences Limited (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 14 May 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.
REQUEST FOR A TRADING HALT
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, BARD1 LIFE SCIENCES LIMITED (ASX:BD1) (Company) requests a trading halt of its securities from ASX with effect from commencement of trading on Thursday, 10 May 2018.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:
1. The reason for the trading halt is to allow the Company to respond to an ASX price query dated 9 May 2018.
2. The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of commencement of trading on Monday, 13 May 2018 or when the response referred to in paragraph 1 is provided to ASX.
3. The Company expects the event which will end the trading halt is when the response referred to in paragraph 1 is provided to ASX.
