The fact that BD1 offers SDX share holders more than double to take the merger deal tells me that.
BD1 no exactly what they are doing and have a big announcement any day. eliminate the competition and own them.
They want to keep SDX share holders happy and have a quick/guaranteed merger ASAP. offering SDX share holders a deal that they can't say no too.
I've seen this many times before. think of it as SDX is your average home in Perth worth 500k, Bd1 have offered over 1million for it. That makes no sense right? BD1 are just crazy
No they got something BIG up there sleeves. The gentleman on board DW & JE are just too smart. These guys a GoDs in this industry. don't forget this BD1 share holders.
You only ever offer someone double the price of something if you know that that something is at least worth double that.
market cap doubles with merger so does the price 6cents Bd1 by July congrats all share holders. just my opinion.
