BD1 is a reverse takeover of an old gold mining corporation called Eurogold. In 2016 Eurogold bought BD1AG(the Swiss(?) company that was founded by Dr Irminger-Finger) and by doing so, relisted as BD1 on the ASX.
I think the prospectus that Davy Boy dug up the other day should answer most questions.
