My understanding is that it is an extra $200,000.000 pool for non executive directors only; at least that's how the AGM notes read. There are only two NED'S and they haven't flagged any more. I'd like them to go easy on the kitty at least until the company starts to earn some money. I imagine a reasonable fee for an NED in a company in BD1's situation would be about $40,000 tops. It's not exactly a full time job.
