Don't meant to sound contrary, but surely the relevant number there is the market cap, not the share price? With a share price of c.70c, BD1's market cap would be closer to $1 billion, some ten times that of OVN's current value. Not saying that can't be reached, but it's a much bigger target than you're suggesting!
