    KIM's board has now been replaced with mostly GEM directors.
    I wait to see what their next move will be.

    They will either make a bid for BDI or they will not.I actually cant see any downside for BDI at the moment because if GEM make a bid for BDI it will surely be higher than the stock is trading at currently. If they dont make a bid then we will have a much better team of management and board direction than previously, this in time should show some growth in the s/p.
