So..... no more "mates deals"??
Two new experienced Board members.......begs the question of what kind of experience do BDI shareholders want to endure if John Filmore and Mark Maine are elected.
As we all know (thanks to disclosure??) John Filmore is a good mate of Bruce Mc'F's. They were heavily involved in Metminco; $50M down the drain in Peru; two capital reconstruction's since; one at 40:1 and the next at 60:1. Exit left Bruce and Johno So what's the plan for BDI??
And since you also mention Projects; Bruce (along with Ralph) received 180 million shares for bringing the Maintirana Cu Project in Madagascar (Madau Option Resolution 5) into Blina which has turned out to be worthless. Technically interesting BUT as its really hard to focus on the task at hand over the distinctive sound of AK 47's disrupting the workers attempt at concentration, in whats locally referred to as a Red Zone. On top of that there are other small problems namely, the Mines Dept has been closed down for years, logistics are a nightmare due to lack of roads, bridges and electricity, torrential rain for 6 months of the year ( so any field work limited to 6 mths of the year) and a JV partner who has gone walkabout!

You really earned your 180 million BDI shares (not!) for inflicting this dog onto the BDI shareholders!
Will ethics and guilt kick in and the shares be cancelled (or have some already been sold??) or will the BDI shareholders be told to bend over once again... after all Bruce did pick up another 100 m shares for his consultancy services ( re resolutions 3 and 4) so his "mates" wont have to buy him a beer if he is struggling to afford one
So....I wonder where Bruce and John would take BDI next if they get control; North Korea?? Central America? the Antarctic???
Cant wait to see how this pans out....
Also one more minor thing....Resolution 1 and 2 state that the shares and options will be placed with non related parties; or do Bruce and John have other plans??
