I think there is about ~250M on the sell at 0.1 today. As an example, say this was one holder (we will call him Mr Trump).
Mr Trump casts his votes NOW being 300M. Let's say someone buys all those shares off him TOMORROW. Come 48 hours pre-meeting, he will have NO votes counted as he didn't have any shares 48 hours pre-meeting.
