Interestingly the BDI and the AORD show very little correlation, though logic would suggest you would expect a strong correlation.
To see that there is little in correlation between the BDI and AORD do the following:
1. Click on this link
2. Click on the '5y' range button
3. In the 'Add Security' box type "AU"
4. Click 'Go'
