Hard to know whether it is good value or not.
It's running on a PE of 12 which for a company with technology that has yet to really be proven could be too high (in the current market). It is trading well below the asset backing but I assume that most of the asset value is the valuation of the not yet fully proven technology they have.
The rise in share price today looks promising. It will be interesting to see whether it gets knocked back down tomorrow.
