IMO with $20 million spent in 2 quarters, most likely on the "Hero Diamond", rough stock, retail setup and a cutting house,there has to be a forward sales forecast factoring pricing at todays values with projections for retail pricing in the second quarter..
Aren't the directors all vastly experienced with time served in all of the major diamond institutions?
If they don't have a budget re this, why not?
