I think a Star Diamond merger could be on the cards.
The CEO retirement was announced 16/11/2022 effective 31/12/2022. On 28/12/2022 only an Interim Chief Executive was appointed, despite the 6 week timeframe to find a replacement. The CFO has also walked without any talk of replacing.

The second announcement ends with "The Company’s board of directors is working to assess Star Diamond’s cost and management structure goingforward and intends to make further announcements in due course."
Would seem to be setting up for a new incoming management team.
