Short held position increasing again. Back up to 0.12%.
It may be only a small percentage of SOI but we all know this moves easily on very few shares.
Some may think this is insignificant however I disagree, as BDM has a brief history, very brief history of shorting as seen by this graph of the last 3 years of aggregate short held position.
The latest figure is of course 4 trading days ago, that's as far as ASIC will go in reporting this to the average punter. I wonder why when all other trading data is real time ? personally I hate it, but would be more accepting of it if it was reported live.
Anyway, its a fact of life in the markets so we have to work with it, 4 days lagging included!
Bit of volume today though after the push down which activated a few stops by the looks, then the support came in.
Will be interesting to revisit this chart in 4 days time. Next Monday arvo.....
