    Those papers are find. When you talk about binding, you need to look at the strength of the attraction.

    We are talking about two things here, the chance of the relenza molecule comming into contact of the virus and once in contact, how strong is the binding.

    You are mixing up the two when you talking about permanent bonding, disassociation and why the twice a day dosage.

    Think of a strong acid like Hydrochloric acid and a weak acid like acetic acid. Its save to say that hydrochloric acid will disassociate completely in solution and acteic acid will not. Think of corrision, it also depends on the concentration and contact time as well as dissassociation.

    You see, Relenza is an unintelligent object, it is not a nanotechnology computer that has been program to hunt down a virus, it moves about in the airway and lung, if it does not come in contact with the virus, it leaves the body without being metabolise.

    If it comes into contact with the virus, it will bind to it.
