Somebody seems to be soaking up quite a bit over the last few days, largest weekly volume in around 3 months...
I wonder whether or not this coincides with BDM coming out of suspension anticipated to be on the 28th Feb....
Remember GIB currently hold 9m shares in BDM and BDM are required to issue an additional 7m shares to GIB + $4m if they want to acquire Ellendale under the option agreement.
BDM's suspension is for a material acquisition and also relates to listing rule 11.1.3
11.1.3 requires a listed. entity proposing a significant change to the nature or scale of its activities to. re-comply with ASX's admission and quotation requirements
I wonder who they are acquiring???
