mmartin I notice you have mentioned the word 'starters' a number of times and keep going back to the fact that the valuation is 48 cents and that its double where we are currently.
Well a few things from my perspective.
Not all here are 'starters'...many here have followed this company for years and researched it and have seen half a dozen broker reports that have valued it up to around $3...WITHOUT Cockatoo...so I for one am not focused on these lower end valuations when clearly they appear to be not taking the whole company and its 'potential' into consideration.
I think this report needs to be compared to the following reports that will come out on PLV in the coming months that follow the roadshows and the further developments.
I'm not going to rehash or bore people here with a revision of the PFS and how that went...valuations haven't quite caught up to that yet...strangely....
What I will say is that PLV continues to get exposure to more IO and yet the valuations are going down..
Don't have to be a broker/analyst/etc to see that doesn't quite work out.
Also the CAPEX will be lower than estimated. Thats a given. Its been mentioned a number of times. So we already know that if Timeone and SS&T do get onboard then the relationships and connections they have should mean better economics for the project/s.
Lets see what that does to these valuations.
I may be wrong here but i'd be very surprised if following broker reports/valuations came in as low as BDO once Cockatoo is clearer and finance is sorted.
If we recall the Intersuisse report went multiples on other reports on PLV...
Who do you believe????
