That's a fairly big assumption. Kind of like your assumption that the 43 legal documents were straight forward nuts and bolts requirements.

Sometimes you have to just show a little faith, especially when you are talking about a micro junior wanna-be miner resource stock.

My bet would be that with just a handful of PLV staff, every task, every legal document is a task that takes a considerable amount of time and effort.
