Hi all received the following email from Paula today regarding ore grade for the next two quarters. Not sure if she means ore mined will average 1.4 g per tonne or mill throughput will average this figure. I will ask her to clarify this

The grade of the ore mined in the March 2015 quarter was 1.32 g/t and in the June 2015 quarter was 1.27 g/t.

As mentioned in our June Quarterly report, higher volumes of lower grade stockpiles were used to supplement the mill feed. This was due to reduced fleet utilisation, low material as a result of heavier than average rainfall in the period. With the end of the wet season in July, the fleet utilisation should increase and, consequently, the amount of gold ore mined should also increase, reducing the amount of low grade stockpiles in the mill feed and improving the processed ore grade.


For the second half of 2015, we are estimating an average ore grade of 1.40 g/t.
